The interior decoration, furnishings and colour scheme at the Faisalabad Serena Hotel were very appealing to me. The overall layout of the room and the beautiful lighting in the hotel make it even more attractive.
The cleanliness and overall layout also make a positive impression. I liked the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere in the hotel.
I think the perfect interior design color palette, lighting and interior furniture can make any interior space beautiful and soothing.
The most popular interior design color palettes are Japandi Calm, Scandi Light, Mid-Century Modern, Coastal Cottage, Industrial Loft, Boho Earth, Modern Luxe, Sage Retreat, Navy Classic, and Terracotta Sun.

Warm Neutrals vs Cool Neutrals
The interiors are mainly based on one of these two. They are compared as follows:
Warm Neutrals
Consider Japandi Calm, Boho Earth and Terracotta Sun.
Best for:
- Light-poor rooms
- Allotments for living rooms and family spaces.Room for living rooms and family areas.
- Natural floors and furniture.
- Homes that would feel warm and welcoming to the guests.
Cool Neutrals
Consider Scandi Light, Coastal Cottage and Navy Classic.
Best for:
- Bright, sunny rooms
- Bathrooms, kitchens, and home offices
- Modern homes with metal and glass
- Clean and fresh spaces that should.
I’m suggesting that you let the light in your room choose. Warm neutrals will help brighten dim rooms, and cool neutrals can be used in very sunny rooms.
How to Use These Palettes
Website
- Use the lightest colour as a background for your portfolio.
- Text and headings should be the darkest colour.
- Use one accent color for buttons, such as “Book a consultation.”
Signage & Packaging
- Use a colour converter to convert the HEX codes into CMYK before printing.
- Have one general color for business cards, mood boards and sample folders.
- Print a sample first because colors may appear darker when printed on paper.
Social Media
- Choose a background color for before and after and tip posts.
- Apply 2-3 colors for both text and Pinterest pins and Story stickers.
- Check your grid. It ought to feel like one studio and not ten.

Copy and paste it into your stylesheet and then use var(--interior-wood) wherever you want to use the color.
Pro Tip
Test paint on the wall before you finalize. Create two large squares (the size of a poster) to be painted on two different walls.
Look at it in the morning, afternoons and at night. Lighting conditions, such as Daylight and Warm bulbs, can completely change a color’s appearance.
I learnt that while the more expensive the furniture the better it would make the room look beautiful, a balance of colors, lighting and décor were also necessary at the Faisalabad Serena Hotel.
I believe that a calm environment can be achieved through the use of gentle hues, lighting and cozy furnishings.
It also can be helpful to see samples of wall colors in different light settings prior to finalization, as colors can look different in natural light and artificial light.
FAQ
Which colors are best for interior design?
Beige, white and grey are safe neutral colors. Add greens, blues, or terracotta accents to add personality to the room.
How many colours can be used in one room?
I recommend the 60-30-10 rule: 60% main color, 30% second color, and 10% accent. It does not overload a room.
Can you use these palettes?
Yes. Create ones for your rooms, mood boards, website or presentation to clients. No credit needed.
Will my paint match exactly any HEX code?
Not always. Pixels and paint exhibit different colors, so visit a paint store with your HEX code and ask for a paint sample to compare.
